xq999's commitment to responsible gaming
When entertainment becomes a burden, it's time to be careful. xq999 gives you every opportunity to set limits, take breaks, and enjoy safely.
Our commitment
Gaming is for entertainment — not for losing control over your life.
xq999 is known to players in Bangladesh as a trusted and safe online gaming platform. We believe gaming should be purely for entertainment — and we are always working to ensure it does not cause harm to anyone. Responsible gaming is not just a policy; it is a core principle of our platform.
On this page you will learn how to monitor your gaming habits, set the limits you need, and contact the xq999 support team if you feel something is wrong. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only.
Safe gaming protection tools
xq999 gives you several effective ways to keep your gaming under control.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This ensures no money is spent beyond your budget. The minimum deposit at xq999 is just ৳500.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel the need, take a temporary break from your account for a few days. Set the break period yourself, from one day up to several weeks. You will not be able to log in during this period.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, use the self-exclusion process. Once active, your account cannot be reactivated before the set period ends. The support team will assist you through this process.
Set Loss Limits
Set a loss limit so that gaming stops automatically once you have lost beyond a certain amount. This protects you from losing large sums in an emotional moment.
Session Alerts
If you play for a long time, you will receive an alert message — "How long you have been playing so far." This helps prevent spending too much time and reminds you to take a break.
Reality Check
Gaming at xq999 is entirely for entertainment. There is no guarantee of income from any game. The outcome of each round is completely random and does not depend on previous results.
21+ Age Limit
xq999 strictly follows the rule that this platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at registration and additional identification may be requested if needed.
We actively work to prevent minors from accessing this platform. If there are underage members in your household, make sure they cannot access your account.

Details of protection tools
How each tool works and when to use it.
Deposit Limits — How it works
You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions. Contact xq999 support to set this limit.
Time-Out — How it works
You can take a temporary break from your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During the break, no betting, deposits, or access to games will be possible. Your account balance will remain safe during this time. Once the break period ends, your account will be reactivated automatically.
Self-Exclusion — How it works
Self-exclusion is the most effective way to protect yourself from long-term problems. You can choose from 6 months up to a permanent exclusion. Any attempt to open a new account during self-exclusion will be rejected. Taking this step is a sign of courage.
Loss Limits — How it works
Decide in advance the maximum loss you can accept within a set period. Once you reach the limit, no further betting will be possible. Setting this limit is free and can be changed at any time through support.
Best practices for responsible gaming
Follow these habits to keep every session at xq999 enjoyable.
- Set your budget before playing — only spend what you can afford to lose
- Set a time limit for playing and use a timer
- Never play under social pressure or while drinking alcohol
- See gaming as entertainment, not as a way to earn money
- Do not bet more to "win back" losses — take a break instead
- Take regular breaks — at least once every hour
- Spend time with family and friends — gaming is just a small part of life
